Spectre: Has been part of the group for about 8 years. He has some authority over new recruits and a few missions due to his experience.
Acts Like: A friendly guy, though his constant wise-cracks at your expense aren't exactly the nicest. Being easy to talk to and always having something interesting to say, Raleigh makes friends easily and is bit of a leader. He tends to be smug and overbearing but he usually means well. Raleigh is very serious when it comes to missions, to the point of being obsessed and overly demanding. Prone to being nosy and panicking sometimes.
Lives For: Good food, showers, "souvenirs" from missions, exploring the city, evening jogs.
Could Do Without: Nagging, items beyond repair, Bluecoats, the nickname "Scarlet", panicking.
Excels At: Making maps of the lower levels of City 7. He knows the area like the back of his hand. He's good at finding new stores that carry the specific supplies the Haven needs. He keeps tabs of areas the police tend to gather at, just in case.
On the field, he tends to lead new recruits on food runs. He shows them what to get and where to get it. He tends to join them in stealing, so that he see if there's anything interesting he can take as a souvenir for himself. Most of them include broken "luxury items", such as small blenders and foot spas. Also can act as a negotiator.
Subject Notes: Raleigh is very discreet about his life before joining the Spectres. The most he told anyone was that he was the only child of a couple whose lives resolved around work. By the time he was nine, he caught word of the Spectres, and ran off to join them. For a while, he was obsessed on food runs in order to find worthwhile "souvenirs". He once tried to steal from a factory that made goods for the Upper Levels, but was witnessed by Deb and a couple of police officers. Somehow he got the police off his tail, and convinced Deb to join the group and keep her mouth shut. After this incident. Raleigh stuck to stealing only during food runs, making sure the extra stuff he took was broken and wouldn't be missed. He then dyed his hair as a precaution.
Driven By: As a kid, Raleigh has always wanted to see the Sky. He knew that joining the Spectres was his ticket there. Now he's obsessed with his goal, constantly thinking of ways to help the Spectres, and himself, succeed.
